Deposits for Intravenous drips

At Vita Infusions, we require a 50% deposit for all IV drip treatments to secure your appointment and ensure that we have the necessary supplies prepared for the visit. This policy allows us to maintain high-quality service and effectively manage our resources. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of your treatment. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to your health journey with us.

Right to refuse

Our qualified staff are trained to provide treatment to the highest standards. If our team determines that a treatment may pose a risk to your safety, they reserve the right to refuse the administration of IV infusions, intramuscular injections, or blood sample collection. In such cases, we will ensure that a refund is processed in accordance with our policy.

Refund policy

At Vita Infusions we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, on every treatment purchased. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we will make every reasonable effort to exchange, refund or credit you in accordance to our policy.

Courses non refundable

Unfortunately, any purchased courses are non-refundable. However, we able to take into consideration that you are unable to have the treatment for a particular reason, we are therefore, able to transfer the drip payment made onto a voucher which is valid up to 12months.

Cancellation policy

At IV Infusions, we accept cancellations up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you are unable to attend, we are happy to help you reschedule. Should you wish to cancel the treatment entirely, we kindly ask that you refer to our refund policy for further information.

Vouchers

Our vouchers are available for electronic purchase and can be sent directly to the email address you provide. Alternatively, they can be redeemed during your treatment at IV Infusions. Please note that vouchers must be used within 12 months of purchase and cannot be combined with any offers available at the time of redemption.
